Shipping Policy

At Budget Glass Pty Ltd, we value your time and aim to provide the quickest and simplest delivery options possible. This policy outlines our available shipping and collection options.

1. Shipping Methods & Costs:

We currently offer in store pickup, Regular Post, and Express Post for our online store items.
Glass, Mirror & Acrylic are usually delivered locally by our skilled glazing team.
For costs related to the online store these are calculated and shown during checkout.
Please contact us for a customised freight quotation and all other questions.

2. Processing Time:

Online Orders are typically processed within 1 business days of payment. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. In store orders of ready items are usually instant or same day.

3. Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Please allow for standard Australia Post lead-times once shipped from our Warehouse in Cranbourne Victoria 3977. We have found that with Express Post most items are delivered on the next business day. With Standard Postage please allow 3-4 business days (check with Australia Post for more localised lead-times).

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the link provided.

5. International Shipping:

Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.
We can package your items for shipping if you wish to engage a courier service.

6. Shipping Delays:

While we strive to process and ship all orders promptly, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier issues. We appreciate your understanding.
